Inga Upshaw is a founding partner at Ryan, Drewniak & Upshaw, P.A., a law firm celebrating more than 30 years of excellence, and based in Annapolis, Maryland.
Inga’s unique practice over the span of several decades is devoted to the strategic representation of motor carriers and insurers in the trucking industry. She actively engages first response investigation for many of the motor carriers that she represents and is keenly aware of operational and logistical metrics that are critical to the trucking industry.

Inga is a founding member of the Trucking Industry Defense Association (TIDA) and served as an Officer and Director of organization from 1993 until 2001. She also served as the second President of TIDA from 1997 to 1999.
